What to Expect

You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. We recommend wearing loose fitting attire that you can comfortably move in.

We will measure the level of systemic fascial strain in your body at the beginning and end of each session. The treatment consists of a gentle touch to release tension and toxins. At most, you may feel some stretching or there may be a more active "unwind" motion.
