Policies & Procedures

Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. Giving this notice allows us the opportunity to fill the opening in our schedule from the wait list. If you are unable to give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount will be either charged to your credit card on file, sent as an invoice to your email, or you may be asked to pay at your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “No-Show” and will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment. This amount will be either charged to your credit card on file, sent as an invoice to your email, or you may be asked to pay at your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you happen to arrive late for an appointment, your visit will be shortened and end at the originally scheduled time in order to accommodate other patients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment provided, you will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled appointment.

*We accept HSA / FSA payments, but do not work directly with insurance companies.
